6 hours delay in train arrival We need to wait in railway station till midnight with kids and mosquitos posing a great risk and the train is not at all clean
Complaint Description
Train is delayed for 6 hours and as a passengers we need to wait till midnight with kids and mosquitos, cold is a great risk and the next day plans got completely disturbed because of this un-reasonavle delay. On top of that coach washrooms are not clean and the pillows given are not at all hygiene. Need partial return of my ticket money
