Complaint Description
As a train passenger, I have found the services of Indian Railways to be very poor. To my knowledge, there were many passengers who did not have tickets, and the toilets were not cleaned for a long time. Many people were also drinking alcohol and smoking cigarettes on the train. Please look into this matter. Many passengers do not even have tickets.TTs are reportedly extorting money from ordinary people in exchange for providing seats; please ask the railway department to look into this matter.
