Double ticket booking

Complaint Description

Dear Team, I have booked ticket from Ahmedabad to Mumbai on 7th Feb 2026 in Tatkal in train no. 12972 BVC BDTS SF EXP at first it is shown as ticket NOT BOOKED and after that it is shown as BOOKED in between this I have booked another ticket from another user id. Due to this I have two tickets booked and as it is booked online in tatkal not able to cancel the ticket. Due to this I have to bear the cost of two tickets. I need a help regarding this glitch to refund the money back to my account. Herein giving you my user id:-aksh1996ay and attaching the screenshot for your reference. Please help me.
