Complaint Description

To, The Honorable Railway Minister Indian Railways Subject: Request for Refund of Ticket Amount Respected Sir, I would like to inform you that I booked a ticket on 13-04-2026 for travel in Rajya Rani Express, with the journey date on 15-04-2026. The railway allotted me Seat No. 104 in Coach D2. However, the D2 coach has seats only up to number 90, and seat number 104 does not exist in that coach. Due to this issue, I faced significant inconvenience during my journey. My PNR Number is 2454092039. Therefore, I kindly request you to look into this matter and arrange for a refund of my ticket amount at the earliest. I shall be grateful for your prompt action. Thank you.
