Train running late by 9:39 hrs
Complaint Description
Got delayed by 9:39 Hrs. It should be reached by 01 pm to Kanpur but now it will reach by 10:30 or 11 pm (it can be delayed more can't trust ). Have official client meeting at Akbarpur, but due to train delay I can't even reach there in the Night. Worst experience by Indian Railways. Need Refund.
