Train like vande bharat is running like local train stopping at every station on 7th June from puri to howrah .Fare to be refunded if service can't be provide
Complaint Description
Third class service bt Indian Railway. The beleive that passengers have no time value. When services can't be provided why are you taking money and issuing tickets ? Refund the full fare.
