Missed Aloted seat or aloted coach

Complaint Description

Dear Sir, My wife and my daughter is travelling in that 20491 train on 2.6.2026 ticket booked from Phalodi to Sabarmati, Boarding at Samdari. Time of train arrival at Sambari is 22.50, but train is arrived Samdari at approx 24 hrs (12.00am), and showking that we booked in 3A class RAC when booked, but we aloted seat in 3EA (BE2 -79 and BE2-80) seat no confirmed, but tha coach is only 72 seater are attached with train. our aloted seat no. 79, 80 is not there. This is a very big mistake from Indian Rail, My wife is shocked when she know that there are no seat available in coach we alloted.
