Complaint Description
My train need to reach rajahmundry at 12.30 early morning 9th but came around 3am when I tried to board my coach A4 door was closed I went to A4 to board and when I reached my berth there was no bed roll I complained with railway madad then only they came and train reached miryalguda at 2.40 actual time is 7.45 pathetic and ur collecting double fare for special trains but nobody is bothered on customers and delay is pathetic
