Complaint Description
I am writing to raise a serious and recurring issue regarding the unauthorized entry of ticketless and general ticket passengers into the reserved Sleeper Class coaches. I am currently traveling on the Sainik Express (19702), and the conditions inside the coach are unmanageable. Every time I book a reserved seat in Sleeper Class, I find unauthorized passengers already occupying it or sleeping on the floor. The pathways, floor space, and doorways are completely blocked by people standing and sleeping, creating a severe safety hazard and making it impossible to move. When requested to vacate my legally booked seat, these unauthorized passengers behave aggressively and show an uncooperative attitude. This is not an isolated incident but a systemic failure. Indian Railways must take strict action to ensure that only passengers with valid reserved tickets are allowed to board Sleeper Class coaches. I request the authorities to immediately deploy a TTE or RPF personnel to clear the unauthorized passengers from my coach on this running train, and to implement strict pre-boarding ticket checks at platforms.
