Requested a cup of coffee at around 12.15 PM Not served Asked again at 13.30 Not served Complained at rail madad ref no 2026061206805 Policy decision is not to serve during other service times, it seems. A glass of heated water, a pouch of premix. A minute to serve, is all it takes. for 2 hrs not served a cup of coffee. Is this the approved service delivery policy?
