Cleanliness and unhygienic washroom
Complaint Description
The washrooms are extremely dirty and unhygienic. There is no water supply in the jet spray, and the overall condition of the washrooms has been very poor since yesterday. No staff member is present to look into or resolve this issue. This is the condition of the 1st class coach, which is connected to the general coach, and no barricading or separation has been done, resulting in misuse and further deterioration of cleanliness. Kindly take immediate action.
